personality, for example he was the honored heir to his small clan in Tsukigakure but willingly left at the first chance, and if an injured child were to come to him seeking help he would spit opon the child or injure it more. his deep Hate for Konoha and lust for power is the roots to his Attitude

Background/history:The Loved Offspring of a Small clan in Tsukigakure. He hated his family no one really know why he would never talk he ignored his sensei. At age 12 he was thrown in the local jail for trying to burn random buildings. When he was released his loving family went on a vaction to Konoha and something about it made him go crazy. When he returned to his village an Injured group of Konoha Ninja where found again he was thrown in jail, this time for a heavyer cause he had killed all Konoha Ninja (They were acadamy students on a field trip).
When released he studied torture and got highly interested in Gen-jutsu, he started obeying his sensei and graduated from genin at age 14. 2 years later you prected a Jutsu he hade created called Kashaku kuro kasai no Jutsu(Torture in Black Fire) A Gen-jutsu that when a opponent is cut and bleeding he places his hand over the wound and transfers the opponents brain into a Tsukuyomi like dimension be he cant control time, space and matter like Itachi but the Jutsu drains his Chakra the more he holds them in it but it burns their psyche in a Amaterasu like hell. He graduated to Joinin 4 years later to Jonin at age 18 and left the village and hasn’t been heard from since.

Before the Ninja had time to react Kuro had stabbed him in the back of his neck puncturing the spine and paralyzing the Konoha ninja. his Enemy drops to the ground as Kuro Beats on the defenseless body
