Strengths He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but funny thing is he can pinpoint where someone is in an exact area with out even looking on a map. Though he's really smart when he wants to get things done. He likes to use steel and animal combinations with his jutsu's, and even combinations of Rock and fire. But no combo's with hell he found yet?
He's very good with Nin and Tai. He hates Gen Jutsu's period. He does have Dou, but never uses it only on rare ocasions. He's the only brother of the Rio's to use Ken.

Biography
Roko Rio a kid born into a poor family along with his twin brother, and his little brother Chan. Roko and Chans parents were killed easily by the akasuki as they sent the three brother to live in the leaf. As the three of them settled down in the village. Roko and his twin brother Crow went to the Ninja Academy to train to be Chunins. They were smarter then anyone in the whole class when they were genins. Roko Also met Kaji and Zuki during this time.
Kaji, Zuki, and Roko were paired on the same team. As Crow was put on another team that made it to the chunin exams like Roko's team. Crow and Roko's team did fight eachother, but they never thought wrong of eachother at all. After the first Chunin Exam's Roko never passed because of a sand ninja destroying his chances to be a chunin. Though the next Chunin exams he passed, and was with Kaji and Zuki.
During the Jonin Exams Roko got beat up pretty bad in the forest, but Kaji was thier for Roko and Zuki. Roko wanted to be just like his friend. Powerful and determined not to give up at all. The three of them passed the Jonin exams together.
Though one night in the leaf Roko heard the sirens go off. As he sees Kaji's hair dissappear into the night. As Roko and Zuki meet up the next morning asking where Kaji would go? Roko then that morning before they met. "Well I found the hyuuga's wiped out, but saw Shang and his sister still alive." Zuki cried. "Why would he leave his siblings alone." Roko, "I don't know." As the to of them go their separate way disbanding the team sense Kaji was no longer there. Roko and Crow also left their brother and the village because they thought they were strong enough to fight the akasuki.
A few months after reaching the Akasuki base their was a major battle of perportions. Though after a few battles with the akasuki the brothers were no match, and Crow was killed by one of them. As Roko was cornered he was hit on the head really hard during the battle of while trying to escape.
Roko got away safely, but couldn't remmeber his other brother, but could remmeber his best friend Kaji. Roko felt bad he coudn't remmeber who his other brother was. He decided to look for his best friend Kaji, but also didn't know where he went. Roko sets out to find the last of his family and best friend.
