it seamed to be a normal day in the large building of the Hakumei Seidei as you could hear the waves crash against the shore and the sound of seagulls in the distance. suddenly the doors to the bed room of the Hakumei leaders bed room slam open as Victus walks out with his signature sinister grin engraved on his face.
a dark scratchy voice echoed through the halls of the massive building as Victus yelled "HAKUMEI MEMBERS ASSEMBLE!!" Victus began to walk down to the main floor were he expected his team would be awaiting him

Right as Victus shouted, a blast of icy blue flames shoot up near him. The veteran, the member that had been there the longest was there. He appeared on one knee and his face downcast. His green hair had fallen in front of his face and impaired his vision if he had been looking upwards. "Victus-sama." He muttered in a deep, calm voice. "Hariyama Kaseo is here." He said with a tone of utter monotone. He gazed up finally at his leader, a look of loyalty and obedience in his azure eyes.

A dark voice rang out through the halls of the hideout. "we have been in waiting for far to long it is time that the world fear the might of the hakumei seidei once again. we shall take action and kill all of the tailed trash before the members of that second rate group of wannabe's get them are target is the one they call Onikaru Uchiha if i remember correctly are member Riezo has a deep hatred for this parasite." Victus rose his left hand up slowly in the air as the entire roof lifted off of the hide out and the sun gleamed into the dark rooms of the hid out. victus gave a slight chuckle as his body began to rise into the air. "it is time my loyal members of hakumei to destroy this world and have everyone worship the ground we walk on. from this day one the Hakumei Seidei is back and better then ever."
