Sai's hair is pitch black with a single strand of white on the left side of his head (Over his temple). His hair reaches down to his eyebrows and has a long pony tail down to the middle of his back. His skin is naturally tan-ish, an olive color. His eyes are a bright shade of yellow, a sunset colored yellow. He wears a black shirt that shows his neck, collarbone and shoulders. His lower attire consists of a shorts with a kunai knife holder wrapped around his right leg.

Strengths
Using the combined power of the Fire and Ice natures, Sai is able to use the destructive power of the "Energy" Nature of the Hinoiri clan. This nature allows the user to create artificial objects out of the kinetic energy in the world around them and the chakra that flows around them. The objects they make are depend on the affiliation of the person using them.

Like all members of the Hinoiri Clan, Sai is vulnerable to long-range combat. His Energy nature makes him unable to fight at a distance.
Biography
Hinoiri Saikuru was born into the Hinoiri Clan of Kumogakure, or, the Village Hidden in the Clouds. The clan is known for it's ability. The Energy Nature. The ability to make artificial objects out of pure energy and chakra. Saikuru is no different. At a young age he was taught to use the power of his clan and was seen to have an affinity with swords, meaning, the energy objects he could create were only sword based objects. After he was taught how to use his kekkei genkai, he was enlisted into the Kumogakure Nin Academy. Where he soon accelerated into the rank of genin, getting a sudden name of, "The Energized Blade of Kumo" which he took in stride.
After many successful missions as a genin he was enrolled into the biannual chunin examines between Kumo, Kiri and Suna. He was successful in the exams, despite various pay off by anonymous others against him, and was promoted to the rank of Chunin.
