Jessica, like her brother Jake, is a Ninacat, and it's obvious from her appearance. Like her brother she has cream fur, though it's much lighter and she has more white on her body than he does, and while Jake's features are bold and ragged hers are much softer and more pristeen. She keeps her fur in good condition, and the black and cream hair on her head is soft and always clean. In the summer time it is usually short, and in the winter she lets it grow long. Her bangs are almost always untouched though, and often times they'll partially cover her eyes. The glimmer from her eyes though is always kind, unless something has somehow pissed her off or if she's crying. The last two are always rare occurrences though. When she dances a life sparks into her eyes that's even greater than when she cares for her garden or children, and if something were to ever prevent her from dancing... it wouldn't be pretty.
Jessica is very graceful when she moves, though it's mostly natural from being a cat; like everyone she has her clumsy moments, which thoroughly embarrass her. She's a inch or two taller than her brother, and the height mostly comes from her legs and not her torso. She's usually seen in a kimono of some sort, she prefers the softer colors. When traveling though she'll dress herself in more of a ninja wear and pull her hair back in a pony tail. Her Brother teases and says she might get more attention from boys if she were to dress this way more often. She just sticks her tongue out at him or pulls his ear.
She may not be much of a fighter, but she's kicked her brother's ass many times because he's done something stupid, or wasn't listening to her enough. Her chakra control is excellent, and with more practice she could very well grow to be very powerful. She's usually the one that nags Jake about his practice, and as he isn't great at chakra control she will make him sit for hours and hours doing one thing that has to do with chakra control until he has it mastered. They're usually little things, but whether Jake knows it or not they'll help him greatly in the long run. Without her he wouldn't be much and he knows it.

Jessica is opposite of Jake in some ways. She's calm where he's full of energy, and she's quiet when he's blabbing away to someone and laughing. And yet at the same time she's full of life. She loves the little things and loves to watch things grow. Her elemental affinities are water and earth, and she uses these to base her chakra nature around plants. From a young age her love of life was obvious, and so on her headband the symbol for "Life" was inscribed. She wears it around her neck, hidden by her hair most of the time.
She doesn't follow the traditional path of a ninja, and her skill in jutsus is very lacking. Instead she prefers to concentrate on helping plants grow and healing damaged areas of land. She's very knowledgable on diseases, both with plants and animals, and thus acts as an on-call medical-nin. If a farmer is having trouble with their crops she might also assist them in figuring out why his crops won't grow, though she knows better than to directly interfere or else everyone every where will be trying to get her to make their crops grow.
In her spare time she runs a small flower shop with a garden out front. Each of her flowers are fresh cut and given a healthy dose of chakra upon purchase in order to help them last longer. She also sells a variety of fruits in order to attract more customers.
Not only does she love plants and gardening but she also loves music, and she loves to dance. She has a taste for foreign music and she'll pay quiet a penny to get her hands on some of it. If you happen to be passing by one of her haunts in the late evening you might just be lucky enough to watch her dance. She's like a graceful and floating ballerina, and her voice is just as beautiful (or so she's been told by her brother over and over). She's extremely self-conscious though and so far won't dance for anyone but her brother. And even then she puts up a weak argument.
She loves children, and loves to baby-sit. So if you've got a child that needs watching Jessica is sure to be available. If the child likes the things she does, bonus points! And if she likes the child enough she might even ask the parent if she can watch them again.

Charisma (Jessica is a very charismatic individual. Be it because she's cute, or polite, or a good people-person she can often talk her way out of any situation or barter an item for cheaper. It comes in handy, though sometimes her brother butts in and she has to smack him over the head with the nearest solid object.)

He was what sparked her interest in the outside world in the first place, and from that point it simply grew and grew until she wanted to see it for herself. So far it's been as wide and wondrous as she was told, and so bright and warm. She has yet to see to darker side of it but it's unlikely that her fascination with it will ever change.
She progressed through her lessons quickly, having a natural talent for chakra control even at a young age. She was the first to master the basic clone jutsu, and the first to balance on water. Though she wasn't the best in the class by far. When it came to destructive elements of school she tended to lag behind. It wasn't that it was hard or that she was uninterested, but she preferred to spend her time studying the more creative and life giving aspects of her chakra nature.
