Reizo's orange hair is slicked back, the ends going to his shoulders. His face is long and his eyes thin. His eyes are green, emerald green. He has an average length neck. He has a tall body with an average build, he has a scar from his right shoulder to his left ribcage. For clothing, he wears typical Hakumei Seidei uniform with a colar that travels the length of his neck

Reizo is a tactical genius and has reaction time that compares to the 4th Hokage of Konoha, better known as "The Yellow Flash" His basic form of combat is a old blood jutsu called "Blood spike"

He's not good at close range combat for too long, neither does he possess brute strength
Biography
Reizo was originally from Onigakure, as an adopted brother to the Oni Prince; Onikaru Uchiha by Mazuku Uchiha after the first death of his father, third Ketsukage Riku Kurohari. He then went through the chunnin exam with Onikaru and a girl named Kasai. After a series of event's that led to the death of Reizo and Onikaru's sensei, he lost his sanity and joined an organization that would hunt his adopted father and step brother. He said he felt that the jinchuriki and Akatsuki were responsible for the death of both his father and his sensei.
