Dance of the Shikigami
Using her high origami and ninjutsu skills, Konan will turn her body and clothing into many sheets of paper. She can control and reshape every sheet at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, butterflies for spying, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them.[2] She can also hide exploding tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her opponent.[3] Her ability to make wings of paper mirror her title as 'God's Angel' in Amegakure. She is capable of hovering while in paper form, and does not require her wings to do so.
Paper Clone
This jutsu takes advantage of Konan's ability to create and manipulate paper. By infusing her chakra into paper, she can shape the paper into a perfect replica of herself that she can control remotely. When the clone is hit or disperses, it merely collapses back into sheets of paper. In the anime, it was shown that Konan could conceal exploding tags in the paper clones as well.
Paper Person of God Technique
This is Konan's ultimate paper technique, which uses a massive amount of paper sheets that can be opened into a huge abyss under her opponent's feet, causing them to fall into the chasm. To make the attack even more fatal, she can mix in her normal paper with exploding tags to prevent the opponent from retaliating.
Konan used six hundred billion explosive tags, enough for ten minutes of continuous explosions, specifically to counter Madara Uchiha's five minutes limited intangibility. The attack was so intense that he had to resort to using Izanagi to survive the assault.
Paper Shuriken
A technique that consists of pouring one's chakra into a scrap of paper in a split second, hardening and sharpening it, so it can be used as a shuriken. Its sharpness is equal to that of a shuriken made of metal. The user can further increase the power of the shuriken by making it into certain shapes. Konan is seen using them combined with Nagato's Wind Release: Violent Wind Palm, speeding up the shuriken and enabling them to pierce the body further.
Konan can fold the paper shuriken into different shapes, including the normal four-pointed star shape[2] and a more kunai-like shape.[3] In the manga, the latter shape does not spin like a shuriken. In the anime, the shuriken spin regardless of shape.
Dream Shift Jutsu.
It allows, if the user can place his dominant hand on the victim's forehead. If this is successful, the user forces chakra into the victims brain and forces them in a state of sleep. Stage four sleep, or deep sleep.
Gen-jutsu

After sinking the victim into a deep sleep, or coming across the victim already sleeping, they place their hand on the victims forehead. They then are able to extract, inject and interpret brain waves; in other words, they can see dreams, steal dreams, and make dreams. This is a new kind of gen-jutsu because it physically alters the victims brainwaves.
