Strengths
He uses his clan's Kekkei genkai as a base for all his fighting situations. He has the paper element that was originally used by Konan of the Akatsuki along with a new element called "Dream" which seems to utilize in a new, strange kind of gen-jutsu. Nin-Jutsu and Gen-Jutsu.
Weaknesses
Do to his paper element, his body is composed of paper, meaning fire is deadly to him. Water is also a hinderence to him, sticking his body together so that tai and ken jutsu can be effective to him

Childhood:
Adolescence
As a child, Yume was the sole heir to a high class on a island north of the main continent called Yumeshima. Yumeshima had a single shinobi village, Yumegakure. The leader of the village was the entire clan of Yoruhane. He was pampered as a child, being trained to hone his paper element.
One day an entity with sapphire eyes descended on the humble island of Yumeshima. These sapphire eyes turned out to be that of the Uchiha clan's Sharakugan. Yumegakure had a affinity for the color blue and saw it as a sign of blessings from the moon goddess, Tsukuyomi, so they accepted this Uchiha into the village without a second thought.
He had called himself Arashi, and seemed to be the eldest brother of the second leader of a place called Onigakure. Arashi began to impress the villagers with his sapphire eyes. They seemed to posses amazing power, Yume was to young to care about it.
One day, Arashi approached young Yume, speaking to him in a odd divination like way. He told him that the end of Yumegakure was nigh, He said that the next time the moon shone over the village of Yumegakure in a full sphere, the village would fall in a ritual for the Rinnegan. Yume simply stared at the mysterious stranger, not aware of what his words meant.
The next night, a full moon, a legion of shinobi that appeared from seemingly nowhere and fell upon Yumegakure, the village was uprooted and the sapphire eyed man was nowhere to be seen within the carnage. He had disappeared and a large summoning circle had appeared around the village. As the last act of retaliation, the Yoruhane clan used a shun-shin no Jutsu scroll to send a single being, a child, to the mainlands. This child was none other then Yume.

Yume awoke with a sever case of amnesia. He had no recollection of what had happened in the beginning of his life except his training in paper element jutsu. It turned out that he had been reverse summoned into the village of soothing heaven and was taken in by the village's peasants. They all came together and helped raise him until her was fifteen, when he suddenly disappeared from the village. He had began to travel around the land, searching for someone to align himself with.
He soon found himself in a small town near Konoha called "Tanzaku Town". His eyes, for whatever reason had began to glow a mysterious autumn orange. He was able to scrounge up enough money to rent himself a room in a nearby hotel. He tried to sleep in this hotel, however he had continually been awakened by what seemed to be others dreams. His body became limp, like that of a puppets, and he had stumbled into someone Else's room. He awoke with his hand on their forehead and their dreams running through his head, with a simple thought, he found he was able to alter the subjects dreamscape or even take parts out. Extract dreams. He drew his hand back, finding not even a minute had passed in what he felt had been hours. He left the room quickly and left the town, his eyes still glowing orange and continue to glow still.
