The black, hologram silhouette of the Neo Akatsuki leader waits in cold, damp cave. The only part of his body that was not being portrayed by a translucent black light was his eyes, the Kagegan, shined its normal color.
He blinked his single eye as he watched the mouth of the cave through the snow. The new recruit was supposed to meet him her for an entry test.

Sotsu stood outside of the dark, wet cave. He glanced into the darkness and mumbled to himself "What a shit-hole." He shook his head back and forth and proceeded inside.
He was to meet the Neo Akatsuki leader here for an entry test. He knew he was going to pass it, years of training will pay off. He had never truly met the leader in person and wondered if this will be another damn hologram, or will it be the true leader. He navigated the cave for almost thirty minutes, thinking in his head which way to go. So I am guessing another left turn? Then a right? Damn this cave, so frustrating I wanna kill someone!He could not help but get frustrated until he finally saw the hologram of the leader at the end, the only light source in the whole thing. He approached the leader for his test.
"Hello! Finally made it! Nice spot though, so damn frustrating! Couldn't you have picked an easier one!?" Sotsu said to the hologram, he was frustrated, but not displacing his anger at the leader, which was bad for first impressions.

The leaders eye closed then opened slowly, "I was necessary, had you not been able to find me, you obviously would not be able to assist in our goals." Because he was projecting as a hologram, his voice was distorted, but keep its deep and powerful tone. He stood from the rock he had been setting on and examined Sotsu carefully.
"I see you found you cloak... good job." He congratulated Sotsu, "Before we begin, I'm going to ask you a series of questions, I need to gauge you integrity and drive to determine if your a sacrificial pawn, or a match winning knight." His one eye glared at Sotsu, "Tell me... Sotsu, why is it you wish to join the Neo Akatsuki?" His distorted voice echoes through the cave loudly.

Sotsu had imagined that taking the initiative would work with the leader. Sotsu had to think for a minute why he had joined Neo Akatsuki in order for him to collect his thoughts. He replied sternly to his leader "I joined for my own reasons, I seek revenge, and as well as power, for this world needs a purging the likes of which the world has never seen. You ask me if I am a pawn or a knight? If I was a pawn I would not be needed here, however I believe I have a special sort of skills you need to accomplish both of our goals. Unlike probably many of the members, I don't give up easily, matter of fact, I do not give up at all. That is why you need me, because I will accomplish the mission no matter the cost."
Sotsu hoped this answer would suit the leader, for he was tired of being the weak one. He knew he could be the best member there was, and would make sure the leader knew it.

His face remained empty as his single eye glared at Sotsu, he was satisfied by this answer but wanted to further test him, "I see wee have a common goal, I agree that this world needs purged, and we are the ones to do it." His eyes closed your ability to never give up will be most useful in the oncoming future." Names flew through his head, he pondered who to team Sotsu with.
'He' is always a great way to test the new members, but I would hate to have three members together... but it seems this way will be best.
"I have decided that their shall be a change in plans. You will be partnered with two other people, ussually, The Akatsuki works with two man teams but this seems necessary. You shall be teamed with 'him' you will call him sempai untill he decides to trust you with his name and another new member named Effray'e D'lobscrite, this will test your ability to work with others and 'he' is great tester of this will to never give up."

Sotsu was a little shocked at the leader's orders. He was not very open to the fact of being on a three-man team, However, they would indefinitely be able to accomplish anything as a three man cell. The amount of power they could hold was astounding. he quickly sucked up the frustration and asked the leader, "So where do I meet the rest of the team?'
He was eager to meet the one he would call senpai. They would have to be much stronger than him in order to gain that respect. he silently awaited the answer, the cold chilling him to his core.

He stared at him, "Eager? Good." He turned around, "He will meet you on the island of Joy. Once you meet, you will hunt down the closest large chakra signs. Your his responsibility now. I've left a group of items at the back of the cave if you need them. Good luck 'He' is a strict teacher."
His body started to fad, "I will see you... If you survive Sotsu-san."

Sotsu could not help but smug at the leader's reply. Island of Joy, eh? Nothing joyful about that miserable placement of rock. he silently examined the items at the back of the cave, which consisted of the usual first aid kit, and other survival enhancements. He turned around to exit the cave, sighing at the fact that eh now had to traverse all the way back to the entrance.
He glanced ahead at the opening of the cave, the air filled his lungs with the stinging sensation. He stared into the sky, and began to walk off, his next destination: The Island of Joy, was at least a 3 day travel for him. "Hope this organization is as powerful and worthy as they say they are..."
