Name: Body Implosion
Native Village:Hidden in Hell
Description: The user performs 3 handseals, and after this is done he glances at a target. Then the bodily fluids of the target begin to expand and form minor explosions in a limb of the body. This causes much pain to the ninja and often causing necrosis in a limb. (1 limb only) The jutsu can fail if the object dodges the glance of the eyes, just like a normal jutsu.

Name:Light of the Angel
Native Village:Cloud
Desription: Use of light chakra will extend a beam of plasma from the palm of the hand, which is very hot and has a yellowish tint. It can cut through just about anything (Except certain chakra uses liek armor).

Name:The Universe
Native Village:Hidden in Hell
Description: Using Space jutsu, the ninja will create a baseball sized black hole, which will suck in objects around a certain radius, sending them into deep space. The jutsu only lasts for 7 seconds (work or don't work type jutsu).

Name:Death's Justice
Native Village:Hidden in Hell
Description: The user combines darkness with lightning, creating a pure black version of raikiri, which can punch through objects, its darkness chakra allows sapping of the opponents chakra simultaneously.

Name:Death's Minions
Native Village:Hidden in Hell
Description: A tiny black wave will be emitted out of the user's hand which will then disappear right before it hits the target, seconds later, the opponent will feel immense pain, as the disappeared wave are tiny dark molecules that eat through flesh and bone.

Body Implosion needs to be toned. looking at some one and causing them to implode is a bit over powered.

The Universe;
Needs a time limit (or to constantly drain chakra)and/ or some sort of draw back.
