Description:
The user can only manipulate the leaves on trees, petals, and grass. They are very weak at this being only able to make them move a little and to sharpen them. They also don't get the strength in the sun and around plants that higher level clan members have. This level is marked by a birthmark that resembles petals.
This technique was discovered by Peria one of the founders of this clan. She discovered this when she was around eight but sadly never made it to the next stage. After teaching it to the tyrant that is currently the founder of the village killed her. It was her own brother.
The technique is done by focusing chakra into nearby plants. The user makes a single seal, snake. This seal then gives them the power to control the plants around them.
