A few chunin, an jonin have got in a fight. They are causing trouble by doing jutsu in the market area. They are fighting because they think their better then their higher and lower counter parts. A few people have reported this, and some have been tooken to the hospital. We need a few strong ninja's to get this job done, and stop the havoc of this fight, so no one gets hurt.
