Cruel, vindictive, and completely sadistic. But only to people. He has a deep love of plants and is a infamous botanist.
He has no sense of loyalty or forgivness. He has been known to kill just to alleive boredom. Paraniod and secretive he will not tolerate anyone who he thinks is a spy. Highly cunning and inteligent. He loves to experiment on living human test subjects.
Strengths:
He specializes in his clan's wood stlye jutsus. A master of poison, he can even neutralize any that enters his system. He also creates his own poisons. He is also highly skilled in the use of whips.
Weaknesses:
He is relativly unskilled in Taijutsu.

A long range fighter. He employs traps, poison and wood style jutsu with lethal prowess. When cuaght in close combat he employs the use of whips.
Background history:
-Child hood-
He was born a son of the Shokubutsu clan in the hidden star village. Even as a child, his cruel and sadistic nature appeared. He would torment other children including his older brother Jikon.
His parents were relativly unaware of how there son really was.
This change when he was 5, his parents happened to walk in on him tormenting his brother. They decided to send him away, but before they could Nobunaga buchered them and his brother.
The authorities invistigated but Nobunaga, being the clever child he was, had managed to perfectly hide the bodies. Needless to say they were never found. He was sent to a orphanage where he continued his cruel ways.
-Academy days-
At the age of 8 he was allowed to join the academy. He had more than enough skill to get in earlier, but his status concerning his parents death was cleared until then.
He quickly surpassed the others in terms of knoweledge and skills. He only attended the academy for one year.
-Genin Training-
He graduated from the academy at 9. He was originally paired up with Sanji and Akita Yagano, twin brothers. Their Jounin mentor was Kikyo Hitas, a famous kounochi.
Nobunaga also began his experimentation on corpes by this point. He would sneak bodies out of graves and use diffrent stimuli on them to see what would happen. His abilities with his clan's jutsus also began to flower.
His team initally recived low priority missions. Nobunaga resented this for he felt it didn't test his true abilities. He also resented his teammates for he felt they kept him back.
His first true test came when he was 11, 2 years after he first became a Genin. His team was at first assigned to a simple escort mission. They had to deliver a bach of supplies to the hidden leaf village. Kikyo didn't join them on this mission, she felt the could handle the D-rank mission on there own. They managed to cross the border before the were attacked by a band of rouge shinobi. In the initiall encounter both Sanji and Akita were killed. Nobunaga managed to kill two chunnin bandits and injured another Jounin member before being forced to retreat.
He went into hiding in a nearby group of hills. There he began staging hit and runs, and ambushes against the bandit group. He hoped to whittle them down and to recover the supplies so that he could still complete his mission. He managed to eliminate 4 more Chunin and 2 Jounin before retreating back to the village to report his failure. Instead of punsihment ,they decided to sen him to the Chunnin selection exams. He easily aced the first test, and made it to the finals. There he would lose to Hidin Antari the Future mizukage.
-Chunnin time-
He was promoted to chunin at age 11. He would only remain a Chunnin for 5 moths.
-Jounin-
He was appointed to the rank of Jounin less than a year after becoming a Chunin. He remained in his village another three months before striking out on his own. He became a rouge shinobi and went into hiding in ths cloud village. He concentrated on his forbidden research. He tired of using dead bodies and decided to use living test subjects. He began to abduct civilains and cloud shinobi alike. He tourtured his subjects, often for weeks on end driving many insane. He developed many poisons and discovered many breakthroughs in human anatomy.
Soon however he recieved unneeded attention when he mistakeingly abducted a famous singer, mistaking her for a civilian. After that abduction, the cloud village devoted many of their resources to finding him. It was only a matter of time before they found his hideout in the sewers. Nobunaga was forced to fight his way out, which he did wonderfully. His prowess in this battle made him a legend. He killed over 30 shinobi and injured scores more.
He was forced into hiding for many years. He used this time to refine his skills. Every so often he would go out into the country side and abduct travelers to experiment on them. After more than a decade he returned to the star village and joined the reemerging Neo Akatsuki.
