Strengths:

Effrayé uses a unique weapon crafted especially for her. A wheel blade. This wheel is roughly six feet tall and half an inch thick. The blade on the inside of the device as sealed in place and does not move. The inside blade is also strait sharp. The outside blade on the other hand is held in place by a rotating axle. The blade is rigid and uneven, much like a chainsaw blade. By streaming chakra into the weapon the axle begins to spin and makes the outside, again, much like a chainsaw.

Effrayé also uses a cold combination of nin and tai jutsu to subdue or kill her opponent.

Weaknesses:

If not given an order, she is irrational and hotheaded. She will rush into any fray with out thinking. She hate people, besides her beloved Neo Akatsuki peers, if encountered by anyone else she is crude and hateful, this usually leads to trouble due to her crude language and humor.

History:

Effrayé was born on a small continent south of the main one (The one that harbors The land of Fire, the Village hidden in Leaves etc.) This was about one hundred years before the current story line.

Effrayé de L'obscurit'e was the heir (Princess) of the land. Her father had been a cruel dictator over the people. Effrayé was spoiled as a child, her obsessing father doing/ getting her anything she had wanted, Effrayé was happy with this way of life, no one ever interfered with anything she would be doing out of fear of her father. Around this time the prestigious Uchiha clan had left the Hidden Leaf village and the leader of the clan fought against the merciless thirteen tailed demon, Katsmaru. Little did the Uchiha know that Katsmaru originated in the land Effrayé lived in.

As Effraye lived her pampered life style, her father had been developing something dreadful (At this time only the ten-twelve tailed demons had been found/ made.) A thirteen tailed demon derived from a white king cobra, chakra from twenty people. This land never believed in shinobi, instead they used mid evil knights that could stream chakra into there weapon. Effraye (At this time was six) liked to explore her father's castle, her father had a dark secret (besides the creation of Katsmaru.) He would capture and torture people, then extract chakra from there bodies. At the age of six she whore a black dress, black dress shoes. Everyone heard it. the sounds of the underground prisoners. She became curious, she wanted to find the origin of these sounds. Finally, one day, she discovered them, she found the secret door to the dungeon and saw the prisoners being tortured, this impacted her mental being, the yelling. the blood, nudity, and gore. Instead of having a mental breakdown, she smiled, some part of her brain liked it, she liked seeing these people suffer. It gave her a sort of high. Suddenly, her father's hands clasp down on her shoulders, he looked down and saw her grin, he beamed back at him, his daughter was just like him, a cold murderer. He picked her up and set her on his shoulder. He took her past as all the prisoners, showing them like it was a sort of zoo. she liked it, laughing at some, marveled at others, scared by some, They both got some sort of sick thrill from it. Her father relieved the guard of his duty and let her have her way with them. This did impact Effraye, she became violent. She would hang cats by there feet and use them for pinatas.

Then her fathers worst nightmare started four years later. The people began to revolt against him. They formed a rebellion and stormed the towns until they got to the castle town, they demanded that all the government become like on the mainlands, a shinobi government. The king denied, but the rebels were decent, they then told the king that all would be forgiven if he released the prisoners and never took anyone ever again. Again the king denied (this would take away from his daughters fun, of course, he didn't tell the people that though.) The rebels were fed up, they stormed the castle, the guards fought off the rebels, but inevitably lost and died. Effraye's father was killed and she was exiled. She was sent to the bottom of the island lived alone. She missed people. She was lonely. One day she was ambushed by children who were victim of her father. The attacked her, punching her, kicking her, and throwing her around. One pulled out a kunai (the government WAS changed) and stabbed her in the navel and then throw her into the frozen ocean bellow. The water was so cold, she hit it and her nervous system instantly began to freeze. She was preserved in a frozen prison, never aging.

After seventy-one years, she had drifted to the village hidden in the mist. She was pulled out and carefully thawed out through a mist style justu and brought back to life as a ten year old girl who should have been eighty-one. She listened to their lectures, speaks, and talks of 'Ninja' but she hated it. She hated the government, the way of life, the way no one know about her father's kingdom (Upon his daughter's supposed death, Katsmaru was released and Katsmaru destroyed the continent, the entire continent and ran towards the main land) Effraye was forced to be a shinobi, she hated them, but she loved to be around people. Until she was twenty years of age, she was a shinobi, hating every moment of it, (She did discover that her family had a kekkei genkai, one that made a weapon specifically for them.) She couldn't stand it any more, she attacked her squad one day mid meeting, and with the element of surprise and her weapon, she killed them. She was exiled and told that mist village hunter-nin would chase her for the rest of her life, until they killed her that is. She ran, again she was thrown from people, all she could do was run, when she slept she thought of her father, the only person who she had ever truly connected with. One day she reached the shore line, and decided that she would swim until she drowned to death, or by the will of god, she ends up on shore. She swam, through the dark ocean, the moon beaming off of her and the cold water. She swam through the water without bringing her head up, her lungs filled up with the salt water and she passed out.

Against what she truly wanted, she woke up, the sun shining brightly above her, above her stood the silhouette of two men one looked at the other and said, "Gekido, this shall be your partner, take her to the base and prep her once she awakes. After that she remained in the group 'Neo Akatsuki' the partner of Gekido Kurushii, the second person she connected with in her life. The third was the leader, whose name she doesn't yet know.[/center]
