The user spews superheated ash from the their mouth. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.

This technique is a bigger version of the Fire Release: Flame Bullet. Just like with the normal Flame Bullet, Jiraiya spits out a fireball of flaming oil. However, because the fireball is augmented with Senjutsu chakra, it is many times bigger than the normal Flame Bullet.

This technique apparently requires more than average chakra reserves and most Genin should not be able to do this technique.

Fire Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet is a two-way combination (or collaboration) ninjutsu, a synchronized jutsu between Gamabunta in unison with his summoner. While his summoner prepares a fire jutsu, (or another source of ignition) Gamabunta will prepare a mouthful of oil.
When Gamabunta is ready, he will shoot the oil out under pressure as a jet at the target, while his summoner, (Jiraiya or Naruto,) ignites the oil. The oil, acting as an accelerant, fuels the fire, creating an conflagration of far greater power and magnitude then the original fire ninjutsu used.
Jiraiya uses Fire Release: Flame Bullet for this purpose, while Naruto, knowing no Fire Release ninjutsu and needing an ignition source, substituted an exploding tag instead.

The Sage Art: Goemon jutsu is a three-way synchronized combination (or collaboration) jutsu between Jiraiya with Shima and Fukasaku. It is similar to the anime-only Wind Release: Toad Oil Flame Bullet, a three-way 'wind/fire/oil' technique used between Naruto Uzumaki, Gamakichi and Gamatatsu.
The Sage Art: Goemon technique is a Sage level combination attack, used to ensure the targe'ts destruction, and is used on Shima's signal once the opponent has been driven into a corner: First, Jiraiya creates a large volume of oil, followed by Fukasaku performing a Wind Release technique and Shima performing a large Fire Release technique.
Since Wind Chakra naturally feeds into Fire Chakra, Fukasaku's wind jutsu increases the intensity of Shima's fire jutsu, increasing the flames destructive potential. Fukasaku's wind jutsu also provides the oil from Jiraiya's jutsu with more pressure to deliver more force, causing the area to be be filled with burning oil. Name: (Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu) Water Clone Technique
The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water. Like the other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to preform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water.

When the technique is used on an opponnent it slightly drill the oppenent then wraps said opponent in swirling water. If used from the top of an opponent it creates a waterfall like effect so instead of drowning the opponent it crushes them under pressure.

This jutsu creates a circle of crushing water spikes around the opponent. It is very difficult to evade, however it will also require a sufficient water source nearby the target, preferably right below it.

Description: Unlike its latter this justu only require a few hand seals, this attack is just the Water Dragon Jutsu multiplied by three. Using this technique not only requires a large amount of chakra but also precise chakra control since you must control three water dragons at once.

the user must first uses five eating sharks, then while keeping contact woth the water goes through the hand seals. Which cause the sharks to multiply into a writhing mass of sharks.

Water Release: Water Wall Technique is a defensive jutsu, which creates a wall of water that can be up to 360°. This wall of water is especially efficient at stopping Fire Release techniques though is unable to defend against elemental fusion and combination techniques.

It is performed by gathering water-based chakra and forcing it into a large body of water and then erupting out like a bubbling geyser usually scalding anyone who gets hit by the jutsu. It is usually used in conjuction with Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave

Name:(Suirô no Jutsu)Water Prison Technique
This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it.

The user makes a rasengan with water chakra to create a mini whoorl pool inside the orb. The rasengan is still blue. It still grinds the target but its inside of them totaly destroying there internal organs.

This jutsu creates a bubble-like dome of water in front of the user that expands rapidly away from the user, blocking all direct attacks and jutsu. The dome is also water all of the way through, which means that it cannot be penetrated easily and quickly. The downside to this strong and widespread defense is that it takes a huge chunk of chakra from the user, but only until the dome has expanded completely.

This jutsu creates a large amount of water that covers an entire area. A large whirlpool is then formed that sucks almost everything on the surface of the water under.

Water Release: Water Tornado Technique is a water jutsu, which not many ninjas are capeable of using. The user will use the nearby water, and make the tornado appear up from the water. The tornado is not as strong as it normally is, when it's used on the ground, as when it's used on water. The tornado only gives damage to the opponent, nothing else.

Similar to Pein's technique this jutsu allows a user to detect the chakra levels of all people that are caught in the rain. this jutsu also allows the user to view the person's inner most thoughts
Name: Water Release: Tsunami Rasengan
When the technique is properly created, the Rasengan glows blue and dark blue and waves swirl around the Rasengan. These waves do not harm the user. When it hits the target, the target is engulfed in water chakra and drown the target. Most of the time the target is killed but if the target survives, they will have many swept them away from the water. If the technique misses, there will be a huge whirlpool in the surrounding area.
Name: (Suiton Kuchiyose: Kujira Kuchi Kouryaku no Jutsu)Water Release Summoning: Whale Mouth Capture Technique
Water Release Summoning: Whale Mouth Capture Technique is a prisoning jutsu, which approaches differently, being used above ground, than under water. Above ground, the user does the hand signs, and places his palms on the ground. All around for about 10m each direction will be like being inside a whale.
Under water, a whale will appear not far from the location, and "eat" them, so that they actually gets into a whale's mouth. The whale is not a real whale, but an illusion, to confuse or scare the opponent.

This jutsu is basically a water counterpart to Fire Release: Phoenix Flower Jutsu. It sends multiple balls of water at the opponent, and can hide shuriken inside for a secondary surprise attack.

After performing the hand seals, a bubble the size of a beach ball comes out of the user's mouth and floats toward the target. It is easy to avoid, as it is slow moving. When it hits the opponent, it pops, causing the opponent a snapping, stinging pain. It is a very weak and very basic Jutsu.

The user executes the Shadow Snake Hand technique and the snakes shoot out streams of water from their mouths. This technique is mostly used as a defensive technique against Fire Style jutsus, but can be used with many snakes to drown an opponent
Name: Suiton: Mizubaku Senbon no Jutsu
Water Release: Water Neddles Bomb Technique is a secret water jutsu, only used by the Hunter-nin, Kikou. She will send out a big ball of water from her mouth, which will grow. When it's been twice as big, it will explode, and send out thousands of needles of water. The needles will be sent in every direction.
Name: Water Style: Cold Snap
This a rare water style technique and any water style user is capable of learning it, though its very difficult to learn, strictly taking 2 year to fully master it. It's been said, however, that one who knows about anatomy and the human fluid system, such as medical ninja, can master this even quicker. This jutsu allows the user to manipulate the blood and fluid inside a person's body. They must focus their water style chakra and slowing or completely freeze the opponent from their inner cadaver. The instant freeze will kill the victim within minutes.

By combining his twin swords at their hilts and rotating them, Raiga can use this jutsu to surround himself with electricity. The intense electric field protects him by electrocuting anyone who makes contact with it, but only works for one attack. This armor seems very strong as it is capable of standing up to Rock Lee's Drunken Fist.

The user places his hands to the ground after converting their chakra to lightning. The user then sends an enormous bolt of lightning that cuts through the ground towards the target. The shape of the bolt is a triangular figure with the base in front of the user and the tip headed towards the opponent. It causes devastating destruction on its way and generates with enough heat and power to destroy whatever it comes into contact with.
Lightning Dragon Tornado (雷竜の竜巻, Rairyū no Tatsumaki
Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon’s head and will cover the area in front of him. It will then strike out against his opponent and painfully trap them in the vortex. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

By manipulating lightning chakra into the dominant hand, the user can make the lightning expand to can create the form of a hound. The hound-shape remains connected to the user's hand with a bolt of lightning, allowing them to control it during its attack. Being a Lightning Release Ninjutsu, it requires a large amounts of chakra from the user to maintain and thus is a risk to use with a low chakra supply.

This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. The only way the jutsu can be broken is if an outside party were to strike one of the wall with a strong enough attack, which will then deactivate the other walls.
Limelight
Limelight is a lightning-based technique that is used when all four users are placed in the cardinal directions. They will then join their lightning-chakra in the form of four connecting streams that shoot high into the sky above the target area. It will then create a lightning blast powerful enough to turn everything into ash within the area. According to Asuma, this technique is regarded as the most powerful of all lightning techniques.
Stone Avalanche
This jutsu is the one electrically-based jutsu Raiga can do without his swords. Using it, Raiga can cause a rockslide by sending a wave of electric energy into a cliff. However, this is extremely location-based and needs to be done near a mountain for it to work.
