Description:The Hyuuga spins the normal rotation,but twice as fast. Then after spinning for three secounds the Hyuuga will move all the rotation energy to his hands in one ball rotation. Then the Hyuuga throws the ball at the opponent, and it explodes on impact making them spin really fast, and makes their chest bleed on impact.

The Hyuuga will put his hands together, and flatten them out, and point them up in the air. Then the Hyuuga will force all his chakra into the air, and bring a lot of clouds around a 100 mile radius area. Then after all the clouds are formed the Hyuuga will quickly point his hands to the ground making really really strong wind tornado's come out of the clouds distroying and ripping everything in their path. The Hyuuga may faint or be standing depends what shape he or she is in.(ONLY EXPERT HYUUGA CAN LEARN THIS)
