I'm not a good drawer, so I'll just explain it. He has an eye patch covering his left eye because of an accident that happened. Though for now where he stands he wears a neo akasuki robe. For his hair his hair is short as it's spiked in the front but flat the rest in the back. For pants he wears shorts, and for a shirt he has a long sleeve.

Strenghts:
He is excellent with his nin-jutsu. Mostly known for his mixed Ken and his mixed Tai- Jutsus.
Weaknesses:
He hates seeing brothers and sisters together, and it makes him cringe because of what his sister did, but of also of what he did to her. He thinks of everyone as a weak person, and jumps into battle without knowing who they are or how strong they are.

History:
He was born into a family of him and his sister. The parents and them lived in the mist village in one of the crapiest houses they could ever afford to live in. Even as they went through their lives they were always happy. Except for the sister she was always the child that never got attention. One day after Rei came back from a mission. He saw both his parents laying dead on the floor, and his sister sitting in a chair staring at him with a kunai and a rope. Sis, "So brother you think you can take my attention away... your wrong." She lunged at him kicking him in the forehead knocking him out completely.
Two days went by sense he was knocked out, and he wakes up to seeing his sister staring at him again, but he also looked around seeing water as he was floating on a boat with his sister. Rei, "Sis what are you doing?" Sis, "Me I'm gonna get rid of you... you and your attention getting... now stay knocked out!" She kicked him again in the same spot making him pass out up to a week.
He awoke again pinned against a tree. His sister came out from behind a tree with the same kunai she had before. Sis, "Now I want you to yell my name!" Rei, "Never!" Sis, "Too late do you feel something different about you?" Rei, "Yea a little, but why...?" Sis, "I RAPED YOU!" Rei, "YOU WHAT!" Sis, "Shut up!" His sis stabbed him in the left eye pulling out his eye throwing the kunai against a tree. Rei yelled at the top of his lungs making the sound heard around every island. His sis grabbed another kunai cutting down the middle of his shirt making a lot of blood cover the ground and his sis. Sis, "Oh bro you don't know how good it is to feel you your pain." Rei, "Sis... Why?!?!" Sis, "Because of your attention getting... I'm tired of how our parents only cared for you, and never me!" Rei, "But... why rape me?" Sis, "So I could get pregnant with your child, and toture it just like I'm doing to you!" Rei looked down at his feet as he knew it would be the end of him. Rei quickly noticed that his feet weren't tide, and kicked up kicking his Sis in the air as she dropped the kunai as she flew away. The kunai dropped cutting the ropes. Rei said, "Now sense you ruined our family, and my life... you shall get the pain and fear of not living in this cruel world that you just made yourself. Rei grabbed the kunai before it hit the ground, and throwing it cutting his sis's clothes off completely except her underwear. As she drops he quickly grabs a kunai and cuts part of tree, and carving it into a wooden spear as fast as possble he finishes just like that. "Now you should feel my pain!" He then puts the spear down next to him as he grabs another kunai and throws it at the ground sharp point sticking up. (He pretty much rapes her with kunai's... the reason I deleted this part of the story is because of what you guys said, so yeah...) Rei, "Now to finish this!" He then gave her a kiss on the cheek as she enjoyed it, but enjoyed to much that the blood spewed more as she then passed out. Rei then left, and felt a strange presense in his only eye as all of a sudden fear circled his eye the fear of losing the ones he loved, but can no longer love no more. After gaining over his fear the fear of making peoples fear real infront of them. The eye of fear "Kigi Boushi" was born.
Rei left her their, but he didn't know that she was still alive. He then left that island, and traveled to another island. He stayed their, and made it his home away from the crazed Bitch, and away from his home that he would never want to return to. Because the anbu would probably find out that it was him that did it.
He found out later in his life that some people just can't get in, and share attention. That's why he hates seeing brothers and sisters getting along unlike his sister and him that didn't. He always thought of him as the center of attention. Though he was wrong when his sister freaked. Though now he ponders why she didn't just ask the parents instead of going crazy. Though he trains day in and day out cutting down trees like they were not even their.

As he wanders islands for years thinking of things that have happened to him... he wines up hating everyone that has ever come to islands. Until one day he found two people that were as much of haters as he was, and started his new journey with them.
