Strengths:
Shiiku is the one and only ruler of the Kagegan, or Shadow eye, As leader of the Neo Akatsuki he seldom fights, but when he does he's considered a demon. His eyes, when he uses the dou-jutsu wakuhiru-me, allow him to use the ancient Blaze element jutsu. His forte beside dou-jutsu is tai-jutsu.
Weaknesses:
He doesn't like to fight. He likes to slaughter. Fighting, in his opinion is a drawn out bickering that has become violent and will ultimately be pointless.

History:
Shiiku was born on the island of sorrow after the islands war with the great five alliance. The land was destroyed and whatever families had they had to protect from others. The Karui family was poor before the war and having another child afterward did not help. His family tried to take care of him until he was ten. His father had taught him a basic nin-jutsu and then took him to the forest where he feigned his death and left Shiiku all alone and sad thinking his father had died. He wandered the island. Until he had become one with the forest he had lived in. The world from his perspective was a horrible place, people and family were torn apart by war and those who survived must fight the other survivors in order to survive further. He thought for sure that his family had died after his father had. He was pessimistic towards life, he hated any living thing he came across, he did not the the thing for any particular reason, he hated the fact that it had "Life" Life was what angered him, life was what he hated, not the being that inherited life, but life itself.
After being lost in the great, lush forest of the Sorrow island for two years, he had found his village, the only reason he had for excitement for two whole years. As he exited the forest and entered the village, he became scared, scared that people thought that he may have killed his father opposed to his father being mauled by a great bear. He entered the village, the streets were empty and silent. He walked towards the house he, two years ago, had called his own. As he did he noticed that in front of it an old man was teaching a young girl how to defend herself with nin-jutsu like his father. He reached the door and knocked calmly, an over-the-hill lady opened the door and looked at him then her jaw dropped and she rand to the elderly man outside. He watched her curiously and then the fact dawned on him, that was his mother. She whispered in the mans ear, the mans eyes grew wide and he approached the boy, fell on one knee and then hugged him. Shiiku's eyes then grew and his fingers began to tremble, his father had not died that day but had faked it and returned home. This man was his father. His hand parted for a hand made knife in his pouch made of bark. His father had abandoned him and then had another child, now he was going to pay. A small silver blade emerges from his father's back, strait through the man's heart killing him instantly. He then looked at his mother and apparent little sister and walked slowly towards then dashes suddenly. The mother pushes the little girl down and picks up the garden rake she had been raking with and swung it at him. Blood splattered on the dirt, the rake had connected with his right eye, plucking it from the socket. it had also put three diagonal scars on the right side of his face. He jumped back and looked at her with his one eye, then down at the other eye on the ground, covered in blood then back to her. He throw the knife at he suddenly and it pierced his jugular vein, blood shoot out, splattering over him. She fell to the ground and began to hyperventilate, then fell into cardiac arrest. He then looked at his replacement, why did she get his family, why did she get to live with people while he lived in a jungle like a savage. He walked to her, she screamed he rose his hand and whooped her on top of the head knocking her out. When she awoken she was in the jungle, tied except for her left arm which had a wooden clamp above her elbow and under her armpit. For fifteen minutes she sobbed, instead of trying to escape. Shiiku emerged, she again screamed, he silenced her by running at her and punting her stomach. He caressed her cheek as she grimaced in pain. he took a knife out put it to her eye, she began to shake, the blade went under her eye, the nerves screaming in pain. He brought the blade up and yanked her eye out. She yelled in pain and he once again silenced her with a kick to the abdomen. She bit her lip and looked up at him, an insane gin spanned his face, "Don't worry, I'm your older brother." He then removed the other eye in the same fashion. She screamed but silenced herself before he kicked her, her head tilted down, she had lost the will to live, or so it seemed. He placed his foot on her shoulder, and then his hands on her forearms and pulled, with a pop her shoulder left it socket and her will to survive returned as she scream in pain. He again silenced her with his foot in her abdomen. She cried, weeps and sobs, he began to laugh and then made a small incision down her shoulder and she cried louder, he let her. He walked away and grabbed a palm sized sphere stone and tied a piece of string around it and placed it in her mouth, making a gag. He again grabbed her arm and pulled as hard as he could. The bone ripped out of the skin an then the skin ripped, the only thing keeping her arm connected to her was the tendons. She yelled in pain, or at least tried, the stone gag stopped her and also broke two of her teeth causing even more pain. This continued for two hours until he had completely ripped all her limbs off, where she then died of blood loss. After an hour the anger slipped away and he was disgusted with what he had just done, he leaned against a tree and vomited until he was empty. He staggered on, deciding to never return to humanity. After his sister's heart stopped he activated a kekkei genkai known as Kagegan.
When he was thirteen he had finally encounter another being, this person was like him, abandoned and left to die. Aka Kagi. They meet and she became his first friend, they then heard about "chakra beast" known as Biju or if a biju is sealed in a person a jinchuriki. They then formed an alliance to capture these people and beast. They formed the Neo Akatsuki
