This kid has been robbing stores and hospitals left and right, and keeps making a mess of the street. He steals medicine, and certain foods. He's atleast a genin level ninja, and he really likes using the clone jutsu to spread out and get away with the items. If you happen to follow him even if he uses his clone jutsu make sure to follow him to where he's taking this stuff... it could mean he's trying to keep something good alive.
