No one at the animal shelter in the village will take the animals for walks. Most of the staff isn't thier except one person which is acctually their just to keep their job, but don't worry about that. When you go thier just go in, and they'll go get the dogs for the skilled ninja's that want to deal with the dog duty problems. Well have fun.
