Weaknesses His Chakra natures are Water and Lightning. So he's weak against Earth and Wind, and he's weak against Gen Jutsu sence he's not good at ir.
Biography
He was born into a determined family that always wanted to be powerful, but turns out it didn't go as planned. Mizuto the proud son of the family was always a good kid. He flew through the Academy no sweat, but managed to pick up a few skills along the way. His teacher was proud of him. He was put onto a good squad non the rest. Him and his squad were the best ever in the village until a war struck out between a few villages. His team got jumped, and they survived. Though when they got back they were recommened for the Chunin Exam's. They went through no problem, and kept going until they passed the Jonin Exam's. They all were put into Anbu in the next few years. A few years went by until the order to kill Mizu Megami,and her clan was set into place. Mizuto thought on the night when she killed five anbu with one move. He thought "Well shes powerful. Another month went by, and he was sent to get her to ask her if she wanted to be hokage, and be trained by him, so she'll be ready for an attack on the village. Now he's going to live his life protecting Mizu and the village.
