Physical Description: Moon has black hair, his bags reach down to his eye brows and he has a pony tail that reaches half way down his back he wears a sleeveless black shirt with multiple black pelt straps around his chest. His eyes are black and empty. He solemnly talks and wears baggy pants that reach half way down his shins.

Strengths: Moon uses his unknown Kekkei Genkai, and a combination of Speed, Tai-Jutsu, and Nin-Jutsu
Weaknesses: His weaknesses are simple, he follows his own rules and never breaks his path.He never fights women. Fights until his opponent or himself is dead. Even if he's out gunned.
Biography
Moon was born on the in the middle of the the open land between, Onigakure and Konohagakure. He lived with his ill mom in a small shack on lake side. Hewas a lively and happy boy, who believed his soul purpose in life was to take care his mother. His mom had told him that his father was a ninja for Onigakure a long time ago and was killed on the battle field during the Leaf and Demon War. One afternoon when he was no older then 5 he was watching a group of Onigakure ANBU who had camped on the bottom of a cliff and he was spotted by a team of Konoha ANBU, They approached him and asked what a small boy like himself was doing way out here. They looked down where we had been looking and saw the Oni ANBU and stepped back and started talking all serious. and one pushed him out of there way. Knowing his father was killed by Konoha ninja as he hit the ground he swung his foot out and tripped the Konoha ninja alerting the Oni Ninja who jumped up attacking the Konoha ninja. Moon wobbled up and ran towards his house. When got in his house his mother smiled and asked 'what was wrong' at that moment a Kunai flew through the nearby window nailing his mother's head to the wall. Moon screamed as tears rolled down his cheeks and he turned around and opened the door seeing the battle rage closer to the house, Moon grabbed his mother's most valueable possesion, a small gourd filled with silver water and ran out the back door, the silver water was actually a remnant of the 15 Tailed Bijuu. He ran out side and a Konoha Anbu's body smack him a wall of kunai stuck in his side, almost as if the Konoha ninja had jumped in the way and save him he was knocked over and landed in the lake, the gourds contents pouring all over. The Oni ninja throw a Kunai at Moon hitting him in the throat, barely missing his jugular. He lost consciousness and sunk into the lake. Hours later he awoke, floating in the water blood slowly spilling from his neck and his skin covered in silver. After seeing the giant Moon and pay Condolences to his mother and burying her. As he walked away from his house the water of the lake rose almost supernaturally and his mother's gourd strapped onto his belt strap. He lifted his right hand and water shoot out of the gourd almost imitating his moments he dropped his hand and the water fell back into the gourd. He lift the gourd and almost out of instinct drank the gourds contents.
A few years after these events Moon was classified as a D Rank Missing-Nin. He resented both Konoha and Oni. He would periodically attack out skirt farms, Like killing live stock and vandalizing property. He was only ten but he had already began a plot to destroy the two villages. After a month he learned that his manipulation over water was his Kekkei Genkei and his mother was gonna give him that gourd at the age of ten.
As he continued gromwing physically and famously, he was now known as "Moon" By all village and was an S class Criminal. and his plot to destroy the two villages was drawing near. He recently joined an Organization known as the "Kuro Hanran" or "The Dark Rebellion."
