Kage vs Kage (Mazuku and Kassatsu)

Mazuku looked up as the flaming boulders fly towards the Hokage mansion, he felt an uneasy. It was a familiar feeling, one of the Rinnegan. he looked around, searching for the source.

As soon as the fire ball went for the kage mansion out of no wear rain fell down from the sky. Dark clouds covered the sky as the sun was now completely covered. The boulders were knocked back by a strange force. Soon the flaming boulders were no longer on fire but soaked in rain. Soon rinnegan eyes surrounded the man as 6 bodies came out of the darkness from no where. And a seventh which was the controller of the six bodies. "So, you wish to attack my village? Well i just can not allow that to happen." The man said as did the rest of the bodies.

Name:Fierce Raining at Will (, Ukojizai no Jutsu)

Description:With this jutsu, Pain can blanket a wide area with a downpour of rain. He can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. This also allows him to detect the individual's chakra level and skill, thus making a powerful ninja's infiltration of Amegakure an impossible task. Pain makes it rain every week on Sunday, except when he has important matters to attend to outside the village.

Description:Shinra Tensei is the ability to manipulate gravity to repulse matter away from the user, with such force that it can easily shatter stone. By using this technique as a defensive measure, most, if not all, attacks directed to the user will be deflected, no matter the size or mass. The only downside to this technique is that there is a short period when it is unusable after being used, though only for roughly five seconds. If one is sufficiently rooted to the ground, the repulsive forces can be resisted.

Shinra Tensei can also be used on a large scale for massive destruction. Before it can be used, Nagato must break his connection with all but the Deva path (presumably to channel all available chakra through it). A massive gravity well is created above the target, crushing everything beneath in a titanic explosion. Using it on this scale shorten Nagato's lifespan and leaves him unable to use the Deva path for several minutes.




Name:Rain teleportation.
Native Village:(Konohagakure no sato)
Description:( After performing the fierce rain at will technique the user will be able to teleport through the drops when ever and where ever he/she desires. This Also allows pain to teleport to other places that its raining at as well. This technique is useful for infiltration in another village as well.))

The Onikage, Uchiha Mazuku, grinned at the man statement, "I don't think your in the position to tell me what to do." Mazuku slowly grabbed the hilt to his Katana and awaited the the Rinnegan user's move, knowing that you never attack a Rinnegan user head on.

Kassatsu looked at the man before holding his palm out and soon a overwhelming force would force him towards kassatsu. Kassatsu took out a pitch black blade getting ready to stab him in the throat and if he had to he would take other measurements and kill him quickly. "Im in no position huh?We shall see." The other rinnegan bodies around him stood their waiting just Encase the man tried anything. The man had made another mistake as well But he was not about to know what that mistake was. The rinnegan users all stoof in a certain position beside kassatsu. "You have no idea what village you have just entered and you have just entered your own death." The rinnegan bodies said.


Name:Bansho Ten'in (?)

Description:Bansho Ten'in is a technique similar to Shinra Tensei in that it manipulates gravity at the users will, however instead of pushing objects away, it draws them close. It is unknown if it can be used in a similar scale as Shinra Tensei or if it has the same five second limit.


Name:Chakra Disruption Blades

Description:The Chakra Disruption Blades are blades made of the chakra receivers used by Nagato. Concealed in the cloaks of each path, Pain can use these blades to disrupt the chakra of his victim, injuring them or rendering them incapable to move. When a victim is stabbed by the blades, the Rinnegan eyes appear in their mind, suggesting that Nagato has some degree of influence over them, similar to how he controls the Six Paths. Out of the all the Six Paths, the Deva path has the most use for the blades. Nagato, due to him being immobile, can fire his chakra disruption blades from his mechanical seat.

As Mazuku was pulled towards Sasatsu he disappeared using the Shunshin no Jutsu and reappeared on a nearby buliding doing a set of hand seals "Fire Release: Underground Fire Ball Jutsu." The ground around the original Sasatsu crakles as a fire ball emerges from the ground. Mazuku activates his Sharakugan, awaiting Sasatsu's move

Katon: Underground Gokakyu no Jutsu- Fire style: Underground Fireball Jutsu.

A normal Fire style Jutsu that is released into the ground and grows 2x its normal size upon reaching the oxygen above ground. This is a common Jutsu seen from Onigakure Ninja.

Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術, Shunshin no Jutsu)  

This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and their intended destination. Shisui Uchiha was feared as "Shisui of the Body Flicker" (瞬身のシスイ, Shunshin no Shisui), likely referring to this technique.

The Body Flicker Technique has various variations among the different hidden villages, all of which involve some extra element aside from the movement itself. The extra element is usually some sort of substance used to distract the opponent, such as leaves or sand. Gaara, for instance, uses the Sand Body Flicker (砂瞬身, Suna-Shunshin), which uses sand to cover his movements. Other varieties include the Mist Body Flicker (霧瞬身, Kiri-Shunshin), Water Body Flicker (水瞬身, Mizu-Shunshin), and Leaf Body Flicker (木ノ葉瞬身, Konoha-Shunshin).

Sharakugan

The result of the fusion of the Sharingan and the Byakugan. This allows the ability to copy  normal Jutsu,the ability to see Chakra stations around the body and the ability to see the opponents Chakra movment. All though rarely seen, it can use the, "Eight Trigram" Abilities.

The man grinned at the man as Electricity soon illuminated around his body and soon he would teleport behind the man at the samwe time dodged away from the fire attack. The water from th rain soon conducted the electricity making one big giant electric field to pulse through his enemies body and anyone else's body that's near by. This was to paralyze an opponent before making a death attack on his opponent. The electric jutsu swarming through out the entire village with in seconds of the electricity. The man at the same time was obsorbing the electricity from around him so it would not harm him but only his opponent. He knew it would paralyze the villagers but it was a risk he had to take to save them.

Description:A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts numb by cutting them.

Description:A highly advanced sealing technique that is capable of absorbing any chakra, regardless of any spacial or nature transformation, and dispersing it within one's body by spinning the chakra within one's body in the opposite direction. As a result, this technique can absorb any ninjutsu technique, regardless of power, without harming the user.

This technique also has an offensive use. Should the user get close enough to grab the opponent, the barrier can absorb chakra right out of an individual's body, effectively draining them (a la the Chakra Absorption Technique).

Mazuku grins as Sasatsu uses the the jutsu he so often uses. Not even a second before Sasatsu unleashed the current Mazuku used his Chidori Sheild, blocking the electrical paralysis and the hit all together. As the Jutsu ends Mazuk whips out his Katana attempting a vertical slash at Sasatsu, Mazuku courses Chidori through his Katana.

Using the chidori jutsu, the user focus the chidori into a full body shield This jutsu can stun the enemy and kill the enemy also it can protect the user from lighting elemental justu and can massively effect water style justu.

Chidori Katana (草薙の剣・千鳥刀, Kusanagi no Tsurugi

Sasuke flows his Chidori Current through a katana in a manner similar to the Flying Swallow technique. The radiating and chirping blade can easily cut through steel. Furthermore, the body of the person cut by the sword goes numb, taking away their freedom of movement.

As soon as the man swung at him he stood still and a pulse of gravity repelled from his body. This was strong enough to break every bone in a mans body. The force would send the man straight into a building at the angle it was in. He hoped to have broken the bones in his body this time. The man watched to see what the mans reactions might be after being hit although there would not be much reaction since this technique can crush stone it definitely can crush bones.

kit would be drawn to check into the loud noises she would look over and smirk to herself so to big nobels are duking it out huh...this could be interesting... -kit would wander closer to the battle site still keeping some what of a distance uncaring for the panic surrounding the rest of the village. she would stit on a nearby rooftop and watch happily

Mazuku walks from the debris holding his right arm, it was either broken or dislocated, either way he'd been through worse. He lifted his left arm and pointed it towards Sasatsu, the look of playfulness in his eye's were gone, "Night Shade Sharakugan." His eyes turned purple, his pupil formed a triangle the three tomoe spinning around it, "Lightning Release! Limelight!" Mazuku formed his hands like a circle and electricity crackled around him, With all the clouds Sasatsu had summoned up this was gonna be a big, a lightning cracked from the sky towards Sasatsu.

Name: Limelight

This jutsu is depicted as the strongest of all Lightning jutsu in existence. The incredible destructive power of this jutsu can reduce a whole street and everyone on the street to nothing but ash it is similar to what Gods themselves do to the unworthy, this jutsu take up about half your chakra every time you use it

kit would smile as she saw the amusing battle and decided they wouldnt bother wit her aslong as she stayed out of it. so she moved closer so that she was now just sitting on a nearby tree branch

The man laughed a bit as the lightening came down upon him and as soon as it hit him. The lightening began to be engulfed by his body as he absorbed the lightening and it's chakra into his body. As soon as he was done absorbing the chakra smoke came from his body from the heat of the lightening. Some small minor burns were on his body but not enough to hurt much. He looked down at the man and grinned a bit at him. "I donot think you have what it takes to defeat me Onikage." Steam was formign around the area where rain was turned to vapor and steam was forming from hos body as well as the ground where he stood. "Now, it is my turn." The sky was already heated up from his first lightening attack so he could use that. Electricity illuminated around his hand. A loud thunder was hurt before a giant bolt of electricity big enough to wipe out the whole area they were in. Konoha is a big village and they were in an abandoned part of the village so destroying it would not matter. The giant bolt of lightening would destroy the target even if it did not hit them directly. The giant lightening bolt came down covering most of the area but the blast would destroy the rest of the area since their is a big boom afterward.

Description:Kirin is an extremely powerful, one-shot lightning technique that strikes in the blink of an eye. The user draws lightning directly from thunder clouds to supplement the power of his or her strike, and controls it with chakra. Because the technique uses natural lightning as opposed to elemental chakra, its power easily outmatches all other Lightning Releases. However, the extreme preparation time required also decreases the technique's efficiency. This technique in the absence of active thunder clouds requires Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique or other such techniques to produce the necessary storm conditions to initiate it.

To initiate a lightning storm, and then to take control of lightning in order to guide it to a target while using the shape manipulation shown above, drained even Sasuke of most of his chakra. In addition, usage seems to destroy the thunder clouds as the sky cleared up of clouds after use. As such, this technique can only be used once in a fight. However, natural lightning can reach a temperature of 30,000 °C, so that even if it misses the target, the sizable blast will likely eliminate the enemy. Itachi withstood this technique by using Susanoo.

Mazuku thought of his option and decided to try for a soul link, seeing as the Oni Village specializes in Soul based Nin and Gen Jutsu. He places his hands together "Demonic Falcon Jutsu- Oni Hyabusa No Jutsu" Purple Chakra wings sprout from Mazuku's back and he begins to hover and then takes to the sky using his Shunshin no Jutsu to move at high speeds towards Sasatsu. As Mazuku approaches Sasatsu a beam of light shots from his chest towards Sasatsu.

Demonic Falcon Jutsu- Oni Hyabusa No Jutsu

This Jutsu allows the user temperary flight. Chakra shapes the form of wings on the users back, color depends on the users Chakra color, this Jutsu can be used for escape or High speed attacks.

Ninpou/ Ninja Art: Soul Fuse Jutsu

This is another commonly seen Onigakure Jutsu. It is key to some Jutsu such as Gen-Jutsu: Amaterasu Kira (Sun Goddess Killer). This Jutsu establishes a temporary link between two souls and is mainly a containment Jutsu, for its ability to cause pain indirectly.

He smiled as he seen the barrier of his soul coming straight for him as he soon disappeared into the rain. He soon appeared right on top of the mans back as he was flying. He soon absorbed the last bit of chakra the man had so he could no longer perform any jutsu. Once this was done the man would most likely fall down towards the ground with his arm already dislocated he would break some ribs.

Mazuku hated resorting to measures such as these but... Mazuku skin turns gray and his hair blood red as two raven wings sprout from his back, Mazuku shirt is pulled off by the wings and his eye's remain Night Shade Sharakugan, "Do you like to play games?" Mazuku asks the man in a doubled voice, most of Mazuku's chakra had just returned to his body, he no longer needed Chakra to fly.

Uchiha Juinjutsu

Name:Curse Seal


History:After Sasuke Uchiha had supposedly had the Curse Mark removeed and out of his life by Itachi's Sussano, it had sank into his Uchiha blood as a recessive trait of the Uchiha clan that emerged once more during the Great Ninja War of the Ninja Alliance 5 and the Mind, Body, and Soul.


Power:After 500 years and many scientists reseach on the Juinjutsu, about three new levels where found. The first two were known as the Curse Seal of Heaven, The next two levels were known as the Curse Seal of Hell, the third level of the Curse seal makes the user have GIANT bursts of chakra and power. The Final level of the Curse Seal, Level 5-6 are known as the Curse Seal of Demons. Giving the user the ability to shape shift one of his arms into a demon limb on the fly and have an even greater power surge.


Downside:As the original Curse Seal worked, if it worked as usual if would drain the user nutrition, of course that would lead to untimely death. Levels 3-6 of the curse seal essentialy work the same way the stronger you get, the faster you approach death, making Lv. 6 more potent then the eight gates


Appearance:Level 3-4 look more and more demonic, the hand wings become looking more and more like bat wings and the skin tone become darker and darker. During the final levels of the Curse Seal 5-6 Make the user apperance look almost Demonic. black feathered wings, blood red hair, and jet black skin color.

He looked at the man and smiled seeing as he absorbed chakra his was now replenished. He had already teleported on a building below looking up at the man. He stood there looking at the man flying around above."Curse seals are one of the worse jutsu to use because it eats away at the person the longer it stays active." The man said talking to himself.

Almost as quick as Mazuku had turned into his curse seal he got out of it, his hair returning to its original purple color. He fell towards to ground lifting his right arm rubbing his head smiling, "You don't have to tell me! That is why I hate it!" Mazuku's chakra was replenished and his arm was again usable, but not fully healed. "Anyway..." Mazuku asks "You like games?"

As the rain continued to fall down soaking them both and the mans hair being drenched. He looked at the man asking him if he liked to play games. The man looked at him and then up at the sky before looking back at him."Games are for children." He said to the kage. He thought for a second before letting words escape his lips. "Would you be interested in Affiliating with our village? it would make yours and my village much stronger. We could even help each others village and trade supplies,money, or even food. Instead of this nonsense fighting we could join alliances." The man said offering alliance to the man.

[Moongem]

Mazuku laughed at Sasatsu, "I found the Peace emblem my grandfather made with Konoha buried in dirt on our side of the border! Are you telling me your village DIDN'T do that?!" Mazuku smiles childishly at Sasatsu, "Either way I wanna finish this up."

[kassatsu]

The man looked at him and then sighed a bit about the emblem of his villages and hell villages alliance. "I don't know much about that but all I know is that I am hokage now and things work different around now that I am Hokage. I do not wish to kill you but if you leave me no choice then I will have to." The Kassatsu said to the man. He took out a black blade from his Cloak."Do you really want to finish fighting me knowing you have a chance to ally with us and make things right again?" Kassatsu said to the man giving him one more chance to accept his invitation.

Mazuku starts laughs as his body tears apart into pieces of paper. His face appears under Kassatsu, "This is Gen-Jutsu." Mazuku says as Kassatsu's vision dims, "When your under my Night Shade Sharakugan. A simple question like 'Wanna play a game?' can snare you in a deadly, unbreakable Tsukiyomi." Mazuku's body rises from the ground, "Since you acknowledged that you heard me, I knew I had you." Mazuku smiles widely as Kassatsu, "I'll accept your treaty, under one condition. If Onigakure finds any evidence of treason...Well I think you get the picture." Mazuku releases Kassatsu and sticks out his hand.

The man smiled and took a treaty scroll from his cloak and smiled a bit at the man. "Here is a treaty that you and me have to sign for a treaty and you get a copy of the treaty to." Kassatsu shook the mans hand in a friendly manner. "Your an amazing opponent by the way and I would be honored to have a battle like this again one day but not for blood intent." Kassatsu said as he shook the mans hand. He then opened the scroll and biting his thumb. The man drew his name on a line in blood. He then made a hand seal sealing the blood into the scroll as the name Kassatsu sakebi appeared in dry blood on the scroll sunk into the papyrus. He then handed the scroll of treaty to the Hokage of hell village. "I give you my word no treason will apply while I am hokage." The man said with a promising sound in his voice.

The Childish Mazuku bite his thumb and signed the scroll, "There shall be peace between Leaf and Oni, as for Heaven and Earth... You may need to council with them they hate the great five nations too." Mazuku smiled and bowed his head, "Well Hokage-Sama, I guess I must take my leave here." Mazuku turns around and whistles for all the Oni Anbu and other Ninja to return to Onigakure. "Oh but I must warn you... being allies with us has a few...downsides... like a certain demon... but you probably won't have to worry about him for a while."

He looked at the man and nodded a bit before getting an idea and then looked back at him. "I have an idea. I am going to make a group with in the leaf village. My plans have only just begun." The man said and he soon disappeared into the rain.
