Physical Description:Kaseo has a Tan/ Caucasian skin tone Dark Green Hair that hangs over his face usually covering his left eye. He has a tattoo on both sides of his face that starts at the top of his eyes and goes down to the middle of his cheek that form a spear like shape. He wears a black tank top with leather stapes wrapping around it he has Black Gloves on with a grip enhancer on the palm of each glove. He wears Black trip pants with chains wrapping around the legs and black shoes

Personality: Kaseo is quite and rarely talk, he doesn't have friend, he assumes he has no time for them and they would only get in the way of his goal.

Combat Info

Strengths: Kaseo is quick and barely leaves an opening for his opponent to counter attack. He only uses Chakra and Jutsu for healing himself after getting away from his enemy. He does have another kind of Chakra, it blazing hot and a dark blue, which gave it the name Azure Chakra it surrounds his body and ups all his stats and makes it hard for an opponent to get close due to its high temperature and it is resistant to all types of Jutsu

Weaknesses: Kaseo gets away from his opponent to heal and breath do to his high speed rushing attacks and is wide open during this time. During High speed rushes if blocked and his momentum is stopped he is open to attack for about three seconds which would be cruical in a battle against another fast person. His Azure Chakra has its bad points as well it uses chakra like a diesel truck (About 10 miles to a gallon) and quickly fatigues Kaseo, also if his opponent can take the heat and strike Kaseo, they have basicly won the battle due to the heat being turned against Kaseo.

Fighting Style: Kaseo uses two, short black swords that one blade splits into three giving the weapon the name Tri-Edge. Kaseo quickly strikes his opponent using the Tri-Edge. If Kaseo is inable to use Tri-edge he resorts to a continues stream of high speed Tai-Jutsu. He can boost his power with the power of his Azure Chakra and Tri-Edge would be like a pair of steaming red steak knifes and his opponents body would act as a stick of butter, his Tai-Jutsu would burn to a 3rd degree

history Info

Background history: Kaseo was burn by a mother who had left her village because they thought of her a witch and banished her and died soon after giving birth to Kaseo, luckly for Kaseo a band of bandits found him and kept him alive. A shinobi from the Hidden leaf Village found and killed the bandits and took the young Kaseo back to his Village. He sent Kaseo to the academy and Kaseo struggled due to sudden and often seizures, no one know the cause of them and guessed it was from his birth when the bandits took him. During the night he would sit on the roofs of houses and look at the shining moon and be safe from seizures. One night while looking at the moon, the spirit of his late mother appeared before him and said six words "You have reached the age" and she disappeared and Kaseo's body burst into blue flames and rolled on the ground screaming in pain while the flames burnt him and went unconscious and entered a seizure. When he woke up he was in the Leaf Village hospital. He left the hospital and went the academy. That day he graduated to the rank of Gennin and joined a team of two others and a Jonnin. Kaseo and his group where the strongest due to their test scores at the Academy and where given a C-Rank assignment their first day. After their Mission was complete they returned to the village. Everyone was happy about their first successful mission except Kaseo who was still curios about the night before's event and why there were no burn marks on his body except on his face down his eyes. Kaseo left the group and returned home to rest and think about the night before and came to the conclusion that it was a sign of a possible kekkai genkai, and fell asleep. The next morning Kaseo woke up and had unknowing desire to go outside the village towards the Onigakure Village. Running quickly towards the outside of the Village and ran out the gate he wanted to stop and think about why he wanted to go to Onigakure but his body wouldn't stop running. When Kaseo reached Onigakure he ran through the gate and kept running till he reached a large hill on the other side of the Village. His body stopped and he fell on his knees and the ground underneath him began to glow and two short blades rose from the earth and landed in Kaseo's hands, They where short swords, two, they black and when they entered Kaseo's hands they split into three different blades. The same ghostly vision of his mother standing before him "This is the Tri-Edge and pair of Dual-Swords that can be in Hariyama hands, I am your mother and I pass these blades along with your Kekkai Genkai onto you." Kaseo stands with the Tri-Edge in each hand held backwardsand Blue Azure Chakra flowing around his body while his green hair covered his left eye. He turns around and walks back to Leaf village. As he arrived he returned home and fell asleep. When Kaseo awoke he had a new look on life and left to find his teammates and when he did he was informed that they where able to qualify for the Chunnin Exams, Kaseo smiled and thought about how easy the exam would be with his new found powers. A week or so pasted and it was time for the chunnin exam. Kaseo had no problems pacing through the writing exam and advanced to the Forest of Death. While in it he ditched his team to find the scroll believing he could find it faster when he found an opposing team with the opposite scroll he quickly drew the Tri-Edge and rushed them and useing quick rushing attacks laid them out cold and took their scroll. As he returned to where his group had decided to Rendezvous They where fighting another team for their scroll as Kaseo arrived two of the opponents fell to the ground rolling in pain due to severe burn as they burned in blue fire. Kaseo looked at his two teammates and said "I Told you I had it covered, there was no need for you two to do anything" They turned around and folowed him as he jumped away to exchange the scrolls. Since their weren't very many attending the Chunnin exams they skipped on to the finals. Kaseo was matched against a slow muscly big guy in first round, Kaseo, wanting to hide the Tri-Edge and the intense Chakra fought hand-to-hand with the guy who called himself "the giant" and won because the big guy couldn't keep up. In his second round Kaseo was faced against a smat guy who used sun light to burn his opponent, Kaseo felt the need to show him the true burn of fire activated his Kekkai Genkai and shot his opponent with a technique he call "Azure Flame Bullet" Which shot his Azure Flames and scorched his opponent and won the match in a flash. On the final round he had to fight an adept assassin with a mid ranged Katana, appropriate for a genin, under these circumstances Kaseo drew the Tri-Edge's and went at him with extremely fast high speed blades and while in the beginning his opponent could block strikes but as the battle went on he began to fatigue and Kaseo slashed him at a vital point on his right shoulder. He fell to the ground and the match was called. After being crowned Chunnin the next day his teacher had informed him the he had been advanced to the rank of Jonnin because of the villages lack of Jonin and Kaseo nodded and mentioned that the Village was to weak for him to satisfy his power and he activated his Azure Chakra and focused it around the Tri-Edge and cut his teacher from the right shoulder down and left the Village and now is in the Konoha Bingo book as the Missing Azure Flame. He is now a member of the Hakumei Seidei
