I'm recruiting for the Hakumei. i Need two people to form a cell with Miyako Noburu, the leader of the Hakumei. preferably a genjutsu user and a long distance fighter. but any will be accepted... after a test of course. post here if you're interested, and we'll have a spar to see if you're worthy to join the leader's team. if not, ill find a place for you regardless in the organization.

Kaseo walks towards Miyako Noburu and without saying a word lifts two short twin blades from a bag on his back and preforms a horizontal slash at Miyako

Kaseo brings up his second blade bring the sharp side aimed at Miyako's foot. Kaseo brings his other blade back around for yet another horizontal strike.

Miyako's foot would hit the blade, his metal shoes canceling the blow out. he would then push off the ground, performing a backflip while performing handsigns: "Ice Style: Hailstorm!!!" balls of blue energy would then form, flying at Kuro. (this jutsu is similar to Pheniox Flower, but with ice. it freezes the parts of you it hits.)

(This is Kaseo and if you haven't created that Jutsu please do.) Kaseo glanced at the Ice balls and began cutting at them furiously. After cutting them he lunged forward, holding both blades to his chest and preformed and "X" type of slash at Miyako

(im actually doing that, and other jutsus as well)
Miyako would then bring out his own katana, blocking the now frozen blades. he would force his opponent back, following with several slashes at Kaseo's chest and legs.

Kaseo continues to block his attacks and retaliates with another "X" Slash, this time he mutters "Azure Chakra" and Blue flames envelop his sword, making them EXTREMELY hot and him faster.

Hearing the words, and seeing the flames, Miyako would, after blocking the X slash, back off from the attack, standing a distance away. "Azure Chakra huh... could you be a Jinchuurichi?" he asked his opponent, as he cracked his neck.

Kaseo's deep voice echoed "I'm not a Jinchuriki, this is my Kekkei Genkai" Kaseo's face maintained it look as he dashed at Miyako hacking furiously and with fierce speed, the flames on his swords still burning.

"hmm... similar to one of the bijuu though. still..." He would run his hand along the blade of his own sword, and a sheet of pure white ice would coat it. Miyako would then charge at his opponent, engaging him in a fierce Kenjutsu (sword fighting) battle.

Kaseo engaged the Kenjutsu battle swinging faster every stroke. Then suddenly dropped to the ground "Hariyama Secret Jutsu! Azure Flame Ball" Kaseo put his hands in the shape of a triangle and blue fire shot out at Miyako (Much like Gokayu No Jutsu)

Miyako would jump back from the attack, performing handsigns in rapid motions. "ICE STYLE: FROZEN ASSAULT!!" Ice would form from his palms, and shoot forward, colliding with the oncoming fireball. The ice would continue to come forward, with small tendrils branching off of the main attack, which was blocking the fireball, to go around it and attack Kaseo in the form of small threads of ice

Kaseo grinned as his Kekkei Genkai came full circle and blue flames encircled his entire body. With his left hand he rose his blade to his mouth and licked the blade, his tongue sizzling, He smiled and dashed at Miyako, the air around aflame and again began to continually attack with his blades while laughing historically.

Miyako would jump back, performing hand signs again, "Water style: Water Dragon Jutsu!" water would condensate from the air and form a dragon, which would then charge through the air at Kaseo.

Kaseo looked through the fire and water at Miyako then started sprinting to the left in order to evade the water dragon while running he though of ways he could approach the situation, knowing that Miyako, petty water dragon was no match for his flames and would evaporate on touch, but did Miyako know that? Kaseo could easily rush in at Miyako and stat another Ken-Jutsu war. Or Kaseo could throw a Flash grenade and attempt to blind Miyako....No...This man was the leader of the Hakumei Seidei and could with out a doubt dodge that kind of petty attack. No what Kaseo needed was a distraction. Kaseo scoped his surrounding and being in the land of Ice, there was a Frozen pond, and a near by frost bitten tree. Kaseo grinned and looked down at the mutilated Leaf village headband that was stapled into his shirt. Kaseo throw a fire ball at the frost bitten tree. As the ball ignited the tree Kaseo placed his hands together "Shadow Possession Jutsu." Kaseo's Shadow shot at Miyako

As Kaseo started his jutsu as he ran, he would lose his footing. Not realising untill too late that the water dragon was also a distraction, leading him to this prepared trap. as he fell into the hole, Miyako could be heard from above "Ice Style: Unmelting Wall!" Ice would then form on the mouth of the hole, closing it. It would also creep down untill the entire hole would be covered. Miyako was now sitting on top of the hole, looking down at Kaseo. Kaseo would try and use his fire to melt the ice, but true to the name of the jutsu, it failed. Miyako looked at his attempt, and said "You pass. Release" a moment later, Kaseo would find himself looking face to face with Miyako, in the exact postition they were in when the battle started. The entire battle had taken place in a Genjutsu.
