User that activates this dojutsu gains greater perception in battle and ability to copy enemies movement. Through last ability user can copy enemies technique and use it as his own during the current battle.
Mangekyo Sharingan - Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye
B Rank Dojutsu
Activated at Jounin Level
Next level of the Sharingan. This level of sharingan is useless unless user has specialization in one of mentioned areas of specialization. Each specialization gives user different technique. Those who specialize in ninjutsu get Amaterasu, those who specialize in genjutsu get Tsukuyomi, and those who specialize in beast companion get Susanoo technique. The downside of using any of those techniques is permanent lowering of Taijutsu specialization and lower sharpness of view in battle.
Amaterasu

Gained automatically with Mangekyo Sharingan
This technique is dubbed ultimate ninjutsu for its ability to burn through anything, even flames themselves and can be doused only with Amaterasu powered Mangekyo Sharingan. This technique places great stress onto body and makes right eye bleed with black tears. If used more than three times in the same battle there is a chance that user will lose its Sharingan for good.
Tsukuyomi

Gained with Mangekyo Sharingan
This technique is dubbed ultimate genjutsu for its ability to trap enemies mind in different dimension where Tsukuyomi user controls time and space. There the enemy is tortured in whatever manner user decides, most likely breaking their will to fight or possibly even kill them. If used more than two times in the same battle the Mangekyo Sharingan seals itself and turns into regular eye for the remnant of the fight.
Susanoo
S Rank Kinjutsu
Gained automatically with Mangekyo Sharingan
This technique is dubbed as ultimate summon. When this technique is activated user cannot use any other technique nor benefit of Sharingan. This summon is made from pure chakra and is on par with any other great summon. Other benefit of this summon is that it can be equipped with spirit items. Susanoo can equip up to three spirit items. Spirit items are equipment that doesn't have physical form, and creating one of those techniques is expensive (item rank price x 5). If this summon is destroyed it cannot be summoned again in the same battle.
Fukyuu Mangekyo Sharingan - Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan

Activated at Special Jounin or Kage level
Requires two Mangekyo Sharingan Techniques
Ultimate evolution of Sharingan. This level can be only activated by undergoing the mission 'Sibling my Spare'. Gaining power over two specialization branches and mangekyo techniques that come with them, user gains the third needed technique. Also limitations for each technique is risen. Amaterasu can be used four times, Tsukuyomi three times, Susanoo two times.
