Then shapes a smaller rock like a little spear, and then throws it directly at the big rock cutting it into a thousand pieces of little rock shaped like needles. Then it raines and the needles go through the people as it raines.

When it's crushed the little rubble can be absorbed into their skin to heal their wunds or if a rock is thrown at them they can suck out the energy of the rock to heal them, and to stop the rock, and make it smaller, so it won't hurt as much. Making this move unbeatble against rock thrown objects.
