I am working on new batch of premade characters... so far here are two.

Physical Description:Migoto is a man of average size and slim build. What differs him from most of his generation is the fact that he uses his homemade seal to keep himself looking youthful as a teen. His hair is blond, his eyes light blue, his lips pale purple. He is usually dressed in colorful attire, purple and yellow being his favorite colors.
Personality:Migito is a cheerful person with quite a few perks. Being a pansexual, he likes to approach both male and females for romantic relationship. He is easily attached to the people, like a fly to the honey and is persistent in following them.

Ninja Rank:Genin/Missing Nin
Strengths:Migito isn’t a combat type of ninja, his main skill being medical knowledge and neutrality. He knows almost every type of surgeon in existence, but so far he prefers plastic surgery, for he wants to preserve beauty.
Weaknesses:Migito has low amount of chakra due to his homemade seal to make him forever beautiful. Also his advancement in medicine has driven him powerless in usage of elemental ninjutsu, genjutsu or even basic taijutsu.
Fighting Style:Migito likes to fight in darkness or in any area that makes him hard to be seen, so he can use his medical techniques like standard attacking techniques. If he fights in group he stays behind and assists.
Pre-Academy Life:In his youth Migito led a confusing and hard life. Often he was mistaken for his twin sister by their own parent, which led to him being dressed as a girl most of the time. This led him to become a bisexual, which would later lead him to become a pansexual through his romantic education. His sister was supposed to be raised for medical school, while he was to become a proud ninja.
Academy Life:By the time academy entrance was over nobody knew that Migito was going to prep school for one of finest institutions for medical research. He stayed there until puberty, when something happened. Their parents finally noticed that their tomboyish ninja son was gaining breasts and their nurse daughter was peeing in standing position. This led to confusion and quick intervention, but in the end both twins were left in ninja school, Migito now trained in both medicine and ninja arts, while his sister returned to her tomboyish life.
Genin Life:After the transfer from medicine school Migito didn’t advance past Genin rank, even at age twenty he stayed in the same rank, interested in medicine, literature, poetry, beauty. He didn’t notice until that day that he was pansexual, and with that he crashed down last frontier in front of him. He enjoyed his unique life, trying to make people beautiful, leaving his village and family in order to learn more about universal beauty. At the same time he started writing romantic, but somewhat adult books that were sold in Refugee lands.

Physical Description:The person hidden behind alias ‘Kira’ has never showed his face, nor his exposed skin in public after gaining reputation. Not many know how he looks, but his current look is ominous. He is always dressed in black, highly muscular and large in body mass, a sad porcelain mask covering his face, while on his shoulders are two smiling ones. He is usually found carrying a huge regular sword with him. Instead of headband he has a whole arm covered with headbands of his targets, ranging from Konoha up to Hell village and even few of Hakumei Seidai.
Personality:’Kira’ is a hardcore silent type, doing whatever he thinks is right and whenever he wants to do it. This makes him hard to adapt with allies. Also he is very bloodthirsty, meaning he will often seek someone to kill, but he has a pattern in his kills. He writes his targets name, age and the way he will kill them in his bingo book and only once so now he didn’t succeed. He is a sore loser and will almost never give up, nor will he change conditions for someone’s kill.

Strengths:With his overwhelming muscles, obsessive training and killing intent ‘Kira’ is powerful in close combat and almost never uses techniques, other weaponry nor throwing weapons. His attacks are almost non defendable, but his swings are somewhat predictable.
Weaknesses:Due to his insanity and compulsion genjutsu’s work against him excellently and confuse him for quite a time, but even without genjutsu he is slow and doesn’t differ reality from illusion.
Fighting Style:Simplistic rush and attack tactic, followed with some slow movements while he intimidates the target.

Throughout the years he started showing many powerful urges for rage, killing and destruction, torturing his fellows in asylum since his sixth year. Although he had frequent rage outbursts not many people cared about him, nor the kids around him, only interested in his fast development. At age of twelve he became a full bred killing machine, starting with his bingo book and following compulsions to the end. Seeing this routine the doctors managed to trick the poor boy many times, by inputting new data into his bingo book, and killing few guinea pigs. With that in mind they admitted him to the ninja academy, trying to make him a part of Kirigakure’s secret force.
Academy Life:Every day until end of academy the usual ritual was performed. Transported in the steel cage with straightjacket as his only attire, ‘Kira’ was moved from his cell to the training grounds where he tested his power against few students. There were many casualties that were hidden by the government, impressed by the power and determination of the young mass murderer.
Genin Life:As a genin, ‘Kira’ had more freedom and was for that matter more deadly, running amuck through the country, hunting criminals with doctors still using his bingo book as their tool for his manipulation. Unfortunately for them their name was soon written into it and he killed them just before the end of chunin exams, making himself free and his secret hidden from the world.
Chunin Life: (Chunin Applicants)The tournament was a mass slaughter thanks to the hidden participant in the chunin exams. For the first time ‘Kira’ used his porcelain mask and hid his satisfied face behind the crying mask. Till followed by his sponsors ‘Kira’ was left to do whatever it took, just as long as he killed the enemy. Without the knowledge about his bingo book they usually deployed him into enemy territory with his straightjacket on until the last moment. The efficiency was low, but number of kills high for the simple reason. It was a gamble, for only ‘Kira’ knew who will he kill.
Jounin Life (Jounin Applicants):Although he never became a Jounin ‘Kira’ was regarded as a jounin leveled ninja, for in his crusade in enemy territory he killed few highly ranked jounins, even more amusing he killed them with shogi, beating the board into their head. Although seemingly calmer than before a havoc was infesting his mind and soon he would be impossible to control, his life in Kirigakure ending.
Deserter Life (Missing-Nin/Akatsuki/Hakumei Applicants):”We lost him…” was official report from remnant of Anbu squad, two sole survivors with almost half of body cut off. ‘Kira’ has managed to escape the ninja village and roamed the land for a long time before venturing into Star village, sowing humans in front of him and making blood flood behind him. In this village ‘Kira’ met his first target that didn’t die, again and again no matter how many times he tried, so in the end he acknowledge him as the only person existing in his world, somewhat a deity that just wouldn’t die. His name was Daisuke.
