I just did it for fun.
Name: Shigai Tatsujin
Age: 87
Gender: Male
Have you read the Rules and Basics Board? Of course...
Physical Description: Although in his youth he looked like a man, Shigai now resembles more like an corpse, his skin destroyed and his muscle tissues showing. Through his bloody ordeal he was massacred, tortured and finally left to die looking like an corpse. His once proudly worn headband was drilled into his skull and put across his eyes, leaving him eternally blind, his mouth sawed with wire to disable his ability to talk. He managed to cut off wires later in his life, but besides all other scars they were minor.
Personality: In his youth Shigai as his brother Higashi was proud and ambitions, known as a powerful person in Ketsugakure. Now he is bitter, revengeful and mad person, thinking everyone is his enemy.

Ninja Rank: Jounin/ Missing nin
Strengths: Shigai was expert with Ketsugakures jutsus before his bloody trial, mastering almost every of their jutsus known by that time, but after his terrible event he was driven mad and has transformed all those jutsu's into something more terrible, something unique and new to the world. Through his insanity no genjutsu applies to him.
Weaknesses: Shigai has a limited life without a host to live into through his Blood Worm Technique. Once inside his host Shigai can live up to the month or two like a normal person, seeing, feeling, but still retaining his insanity. In order to use his previous technique original Shigai has to exit through the mouth and perform the handsigns himself. He is extremely weak to taijutsu techniques, even in the strongest host bodies, for a powerful hit could make the host body throw him up.
Fighting Style: Shigai uses wide array of the blood jutsu's, keeping the chakra nature of current host and throws everything he has. He doesn't care about opponent, just obliteration and killing. He fights without strategy nor concern about allies and enemies.
Pre-Academy Life: Shigai was born from wealthy family of Ketsugakure, being one of the twins. His brother, Higashi, being the lucky one and born without any genetic defects. Unlike him Shigai was away and never let to interact with outside world. His twin brother was considered a genius, controlling chakra at the youngest possible age.
Academy Life:Unlike most of enrollee's at academy, Shigai was accepted to the academy with the rare form of schizophrenia, voices speaking to him and seeing terrible things in his vicinity. This led him to become a very dangerous opponent in combat for who knows what he might see. He fight with all of his soul each time, fearing for his life, leading it more and more to further development of his sickness. He barely managed to finish the academy, his family pulling enough strings to get him through the final tests.
Genin Life: Enrolled in the same genin team as his brother, Shigai enjoyed privilege of being protected by his twin brother. Nobody could differ them, but when approached there was difference. Unlike his brother Shigai was unsocial and was only mimicking the known phrases of his brother, never adding something new. Same was with the jutsu's, Shigai knew only the jutsus his brother showed him. By the end of their genin carrier both Shigai and his brother even had the identical fighting style.
Chunin Life: (Chunin Applicants) By the time for Chunin's exams the two brothers faced each other, Higashi barely winning their duel, for Shigai thought as him and acted as he would. Only difference between them was that Higashi didn't have endless illusions that tortured him forever and ever. In one moment he saw two Higashi's and that was his downfall. Only adding more to sick Shigai's torture Higashi had enough of his brothers mimic and wanted to be separated from him, enjoying his playboy life, while Shigai still watched his brother from afar, learning his techniques and his new pattern of emotions, speech and thoughts. Only difference now was that Shigai didn't go on missions, always hidden under his brothers shadow and under influence of his parent.
Jounin Life (Jounin Applicants): A tragedy happened. At his 30'ed birthday Higashi died in battle, acknowledged as a hero and a new candidate for Jounin place before his death. To hide their shame and still have influence in ninja army, they replaced their sons identities. Higashi never died, it was his brother Shigai, official announcement was made and with that Shigai has became a Jounin. His skills didn't advance anymore, he didn't train, but feel to depression, but still there was something new in his life. He was the hero in the eyes of others. He used that to investigate his new status and finally accepted the eternal role of his brother, accepting his woman in his hands, his kids and his powers.
Deserter Life (Missing-Nin/Akatsuki/Hakumei Applicants): A tragedy after tragedy followed Tatsujin family after death of their genius offspring. The family has gone bankrupt, Shigai's kids died from unknown disease and Higashi's wife leaving him for good. He didn't know what to do without his parents support even though he had forty years, so when he underwent a solo spy mission into Kazegakure he was captured and tortured endlessly. His skin was stripped onto him, his eyes blinded with his own headband now eternally screwed into his skull and he was left to die in the desert. It was a miracle itself that drove Shigai to find enough of power to keep his body running, controlling his blood and preserving himself until his first victim arrived and he for the first time used his Blood worm technique.
